Description of problem:
Unable to register new User Group. Register link returns following error.

500 Internal Server Error

java.lang.NullPointerException

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
N/A

How reproducible:
Everytime. IE doesn't return this error but times out. Mozilla and Opera return 
this error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto url: http://www.redhat.com/apps/community/LUG/index.html
2. Chose either link to register a User Group.

    
Actual results:
Webserver returns following error.

Expected results:

Registration form of some type comes up.

Additional info:
This is annoying as I am trying to register our User Group.

Now the form comes up but when you submit the form, you end up going to the 404 
page.
