Description of problem:
Fedora 18 and rawhide are both stuck on dnsmasq 2.59 which dates from October 2011. There have been 4 newer releases since then, with the latest being 2.63. The newer releases have some important improvements wrt IPv6. Please update F18 and rawhide asap to the newer release - before F18 beta ships
