Previously, when VDSM tried to retrieve information about engine-defined VLAN, bonds, or NICs that were no longer in the system, the host became "non-operational" instead of "unassigned" (which is what it should have become when the network was required) or "up" (which is what it should have become when the network was not required). VDSM now detects missing interfacs and does not report information associated with missing interfaces to the engine.

Verified on vdsm-4.9.6-36.0.el6_3.x86_64. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
