Description of problem:

shellinabox doesn't handle - key in firefox 15

How reproducible:

Attach to shellinthebox session from firefox 15 and try to type the "-" key on the main keyboard.

  
Actual results:

Keypress is ignored

Expected results:
key appears on screen

As a matter of luck, I had the first user reporting this exactly this morning.
