I keep wanting to Drag a guest from the virt-manager list and Drop it onto a different hypervisor, or into the list of guests on another hypervisor to initiate a migration.

While this sounds slick, the best we could do would be drag + drop opens the migrate dialog, which wouldn't even be too much of a time saver. So I don't think it's really worth the code effort + maintenance burden TBH. If someone provided a patch I'd give it a shot though.
