Description of problem:

The /usr/bin/openstack-demo-install tries to start the qpid service,
which is now provided by RPM qpid-cpp-server-daemon

1. run /usr/bin/openstack-demo-install

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing openstack-utils-2012.2-5.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
