After fixing all others bugs ( see 858326, 858319, 858301 ), the last problem appeared :

All rails config ( test, production, developpement ) have the same log file :
/var/log/stickshift/user_action.log

and this directory do not exist. 

So in order to make it work fine, a directory /var/log/stickshift/ , with owner apache, should be created in the rpm. I let the selinux issue as a exercise, since I am running it as permissive for now.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing openshift-origin-broker-0.6.7-11.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.

openshift-origin-broker-0.6.7-11.fc18 has been pushed to the Fedora 18 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
