Description of problem:
Usually when I install Fedora I delete /boot partition with previous system, and create new empty /boot partition and set mount points /home and /swap from  previous system. Now I can't it do :(

You should still be able to delete and then create a new /boot partition.

Support for assigning mountpoints to pre-existing filesystems is not in the Alpha, but will be in the Beta.

This is all possible in f18 beta tc1.
