Description of problem:

Installation post scripts use wget to communicate with lab controller (to stop boot from network), however wget isn't part of core installation, therefore rather curl should be used (alternatively something like urlopen of python).

This is causing issue during testing of minimal package set, kickstart is unable to turn off boot from network.
