Description of problem:
I just installed the mate* packages and noticed this error in the middle of the yum install output:

  Installing : mate-notification-daemon-1.4.0-3.fc18.x86_64                5/11 
I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/etc/mateconf/schemas//etc/mateconf/schemas/mate-notification-daemon.schemas.schemas"
Failed to open `/etc/mateconf/schemas//etc/mateconf/schemas/mate-notification-daemon.schemas.schemas': No such file or directory

That path looks odd.
 - The prefix /etc/mateconf/schemas is in the path twice
 - The suffix .schemas is on the file twice

mate-notification-daemon-1.4.0-3.fc18.x86_64

How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum -y erase mate-notification-daemon-1.4.0-3.fc18.x86_64
2. yum -y install mate-notification-daemon-1.4.0-3.fc18.x86_64
  
Actual results:
I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/etc/mateconf/schemas//etc/mateconf/schemas/mate-notification-daemon.schemas.schemas"
Failed to open `/etc/mateconf/schemas//etc/mateconf/schemas/mate-notification-daemon.schemas.schemas': No such file or directory

Expected results:
no errors during install

mate-notification-daemon-1.4.0-9.fc17 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 17.
