End up upgrade script prompts/mentions (re)start services that were stopped at the beginning of the upgrade process. This bug fix prompts the user to run 'aeolus-service-start'. This fis is implemented in case the user needs to undertake other actions prior to re-enabling CloudForms.

Per Mitch, the desire is to mention the user needs to restart (in case they have other actions they wish to take prior to re-enabling aeolus services). I wonder if it is worth mentioning in the output something about logging out of browser sessions pursuant to BZ860564 (probably not in this command line tool) 2bea002 on 1.1 d862691 on master verified using aeolus-conductor-0.13.21-1.el6cf pardon aeolus-configure-2.8.9-1.el6cf Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
