Sometimes, it takes a long time to get your topic worked out. If this happens between when you start working on it, and when you finish, hitting save/update button takes you to the topic search screen. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll see this:

"The conversation ended, timed out or was processing another request"

This is not very obvious. Perhaps the message could be at the top of the screen, and contain some suggestions for fixing the problem, like 

"The conversation ended, timed out, or was processing another request. Hit the back button copy your topic XML, and then hit the refresh button. Paste your XML back into the XML editor, re-apply any flags, and try saving again."

The old UI will be retired, and no updated will be made to it. Please use the new UI at http://skynet.usersys.redhat.com:8080/pressgang-ccms-ui/
