Missing button?

Description of problem:

Setroubleshoot offers two solutions to my AVC. Both includes instruction to report a bug. But only one contains a button to actually report that bug. Is that intentional or a bug? See attached screenshot.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try reproducing some AVC like eg. bug 854266
2. open sealert and inspect the gui
3.

Actual results:

Two instructions to report a bug, but only one button to do it.

Expected results:

Two report instructions and two report buttons, or just one report instruction and one button...
