Runnin F17 with latest updates and current wine 1.5.14

Updating the ~/.wine directory after running some programs cause the iexplore.exe file to get installed incorrectly.

wine installs updates it in:

c:\windows\system32\unknown\iexplore.exe

but it has to be in

c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe

This is the second bugreport about recent installation or configuration path misbehaviour.
