Description of problem:
A differet color palette is used when RHEV-H is installed via a serial console (seen on the serial console of a VM, added console=ttyS0)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot iso in vm
2. Add cmdline arg console=ttyS0 and boot
3. switch to serial console
  
Actual results:
Pinkish header, ...

Expected results:
Red header, ...

The TUI (o-c-setup) is just black and white.

Since real serial consoles are mostly black and white only, serial console in a vm matching is fine.  

Closing this WONTFIX since we already match existing serial console and nothing is actually broken.
