Description of problem:
Shutdown of interface associated with tg3 driver makes kernel unusable. I tried two 3C996B-T in two different MoBos (both i686 and x86_64). Last 6.2 kernel is ok.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
all 6.3 kernels

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. insert 3C996B-T NIC
2. boot
3. ip link set ethx up
4. ip link set ethx down
  
Actual results:
Unusable kernel.

Expected results:
Normal interface shutdown.

This was a known upstream problem and is fixed by the update of tg3 to
version 3.124. This update is on track for inclusion into RHEL6.4.

If you can test RHEL6.4, please add a comment to this bugzilla with your
findings. Thanks.

Problem no longer exists - 2.6.32-358.0.1.el6.i686, tg3 3.124.
