Installing CISCO Unified Communication Manager 6.1.4 from sratch and getting this message on IBM MCS 7825I2.

It looks to me like whatever media you are installing from was constructed incorrectly, and that the package metadata is wrong.  Regardless, we do not do anaconda updates for RHEL4 anymore.  Sorry.
