Description of problem: When I tested on devenv_2303, I found that the display of openshift home page is not consistent on IE9 , as the attachement shown. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): devenv_2303 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to the home page. 2. 3. Actual results: The display of home page is not consistent on IE9.Details see in attachment. Expected results: The display of home page should be consistent. Additional info: This issue doesn't exist on other browers, and the page openshift.redhat.com displays well on IE9.
