Description of problem:
I recently purchased a LinkSys Instant Wireless Network PC Card.  I found that
in order for it to be recognized, I had to add the following lines to
/etc/pcmcia/sysconfig:

card "Instant Wireless Network PC Card"
  manfid 0x0274, 0x1613
  bind "orinoco_cs"

After I did this, the card becomes identified correctly and seems to work quite
well.

Here is the output of cardctl ident:

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a fresh RedHat 8.0 on a laptop.
2. Power up the machine.
3. Insert the card into a PCMCIA slot.

Actual Results:  After the card is inserted, you hear one beep, and no drivers
get insmod'ed.

Expected Results:  Ideally, I should be able to insert the card and the correct
driver will be inserted, so that the card will function.  Also, I should hear
two beeps.

This should be fixed as of the phoebe beta, at least. It's listed in the config
file.
