Description of problem:

When a new test case run is initially created, there is no column tracking who creates it. 

For example, load any plan. Go to 'Cases' Tab. Go to 'Runs' and select 'Write new Run'. Select 1+ cases to add and save. 

No information about who made that action is saved along with the test_case_run data itself.

Please add a new column to test_case_runs called

created_by_id

that would be the profile ID of the user who created the test case run.

This value should never change.
