Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install latest CloudForms Cloud Engine build.
2. Access CloudForms Cloud Engine using a web browser at the address https://[CloudEngineHost]/conductor
3. Click Monitor.
4. Click on the name of one of your Cloud Resource Zones.
5. Click New Application.
6. Type Application Name and Next.

  
Actual results:
Overlapped in deploy application to cloud resource zone page.

Expected results:
Should have no overlapped next to Component Outline IDs.
