Description of problem:
Tunings are not applied, for example checked snd_hda_intel tuning but according to measurement results from F18 PM test day (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Day:2012-10-11_Power_Management) it seems that other tunings are not applied as well.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. systemctl start tuned.service
2. tuned-adm profile powersave
3. sleep 30 && cat /sys/module/snd_hda_intel/parameters/power_save
  
Actual results:
0

Expected results:
10 or so.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing tuned-2.1.0-1.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
