Description of problem:
since"ctrl+space" is not so convenient for me,I try to set "ctrl+shift"as the  shortcut key  but failed

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
f18 x86_64 beta TC4 
How reproducible:
always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open"system settings"and click on"Region&Language"
2.click the"input sources" and click on "shortcut settings"
3.click "typing" and click on "switch to the next source"
4.click"shift"+"ctrl" at the same time.failed to change.

Already fixed, but there's no UI for that. See upstream https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=681685 for more information.

For now, use gnome-tweak-tool to set the shortcut.
