kernel-uname-r = 2.6.43.8-1.fc15.i686.PAE is needed by kmod-VirtualBox-2.6.43.8-1.fc15.i686.PAE-4.1.16-1.fc15.4.i686

kmod-VirtualBox is not a Fedora package, that's from RPM fusion. You either need to wait for the rpmfusion packager to update the kmod or use the akmod package so that it builds automatically for you upon kernel updates.

This is not a Fedora bug, closing.
