Description of problem:
 Error says 「名前数字、文字、空白、アンダースコア (_)、ハイフン (-) のみ使用可能です。」. The part 「名前」is typo and need to be removed, but this string does not exist in zanata.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create New Cloud Resource Zone page
2. Enter wrong name to get error
3. Error says 「名前数字、文字、空白、アンダースコア (_)、ハイフン (-) のみ使用可能です。」
  
Actual results:
「名前数字、文字、空白、アンダースコア (_)、ハイフン (-) のみ使用可能です。」

Expected results:
「数字、文字、空白、アンダースコア (_)、ハイフン (-) のみ使用可能です。」
