This seems to have been caused by an "old" version of gnu-efi (I was on 3.0e-13). When upgraded to 3.0e-17 (the latest for F17) this particular problem seems to have gone away, though the pesign.spec file should have a specific BuildRequires for gnu-efi >= whatever version has this wrapper function implemented. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle. Changing version to '19'. (As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 19 End Of Life. Thank you.) Actual results: As above Expected results: Compilation to succeed Additional info: Please note that the above error is specific only for version 0.99 of the sources. If I clone the latest version of pesign from git compilation succeeds.
