How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Creat new user "xyz" with only required fields. keep First name and last name as blank.
2.login as "xyz" and launch few instances.
3.Navigate to filter view table of Applications and instances and check the owner table.
  
Actual results:
Owner of Instance and Applications is not displayed in table if First name and last name is kept blank. see attached screenshots.

Expected results:
Instead of displaying the optional field ie Firstname and lastname, display the value of required field ie userid in the owner column
