Description of problem:
when only upgrading the reports package the datasource stops working

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.1/si22.1

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install rhevm+dwh+reports
2.upgrade rhevm, dwh & reports
3.try to open reports
  
Actual results:
After upgrade the reports the datasource stops working
The data source is pointing to localhost.

Expected results:
The datasource should continue working
Should point to remote db server

Reports works fine - dashbaord and Portal
