Description of problem:
Im not sure how this happened however, i took the wireless card out of my laptop and re-fitted it paying attention to the antenna wires. i think they were shorting out on a metal bracket. i have no problems since doing this. Thank you.

im using "vuze" for p2p sharing. it might be related to this but im not sure. the drivers work most of the time.

I was thinking this may have had to do to be using disable_hw_scan=0, but since noone mentions above this, I'm guessing it's unrelated. So I don't know what caused this problem.

This most likely is related with firmware crash, which happen below this warning. Firmware crashes are not easy to solve, especially if they happen at random. Can you (reliably) reproduce this problem ?

I can't reliable reproduce it.

Next time it happens I'll check dmesg for firmware errors.
