Organization and activation key fields should be cleared after unregistering

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch Subscription-manager-gui
2.Register using a valid activation key 
3.unregister
4.Click on register using activation key
  
Actual results:
Organization and activation key fields have the previously entered values


Expected results:
Organization and activation key fields should be cleared

This feature allows a consumer to easily re-register with the same activation key.  If this causes problems going forward, we can change the behavior.
