 Using setarch has never been supported, it leads to mismatched version problems like this:

 installing:

libselinux i686 2.1.12-1.fc18 fedora 134 k

 But we already have this installed in the rpmdb:

libselinux = 2.1.12-4.fc18 is needed by (installed) libselinux-python-2.1.12-4.fc18.x86_64

2.1.12-4.fc18 != 2.1.12-1.fc18 ... so things cannot continue, easily.

...if you install the multilib. versions of a lot of the support rpms from the real x86_64 repos. that might help.

 This:

http://fedorasolved.org/browser-solutions/firefox-32bit-on-x86-64-fedora

...isn't a terrible explanation of a better way to try installing it than using setarch, but note that this is also unsupported.
