Removes some entities from the DocBook file to make it readable in Yelp

The user manual is not readable due to some missing files. The files stdlib.xml and commands.xml are missing from the tarball. That's why Yelp considers this as malformed XML code. The attached patch removes the appropriate entities from gnofract4d-manual.xml.

Well, it's not the best solution because the reader gets empty pages, but for the time being it's better than nothing. I will ask the upstream folks if they need help with converting the manual to Mallard (as proposed anyway for Gnome software) and migrating it to itstool instead of gnome-doc-utils.

In general, it affects not f17 only, rather all supported Fedora versions and Rawhide.

Thanks for the report, Mario. I'm attempting to fix this by actually producing the documentation, rather than excising it. I'll have new builds ready for testing shortly.
