Description of problem:
libvirt can create disk snapshot with --disk-only 
but can not revert or delete it via virsh 
file this bug to trace this issue

Steps to Reproduce:

# virsh snapshot-list bug

External snapshots are a subset of external checkpoints to this will be taken care of when adding support for external checkpoints.
