Bug 873687

Description of problem:
I don't know what coused it, but it might happened around two weeks ago.  (I remember that i installed wine and playOnLinux, but I'm not sure if it has something to do with that.) Automatic time syncing via internet stopped work, so I disabled it. But now every time i reboot computer, time is +2 hours different then I want. When I adjust it to be right, it outputs some error, however time is being changed. It only works until I restart computer. (My timezone is CET.) When I try to enable automatic syncing it says:
Unable to contact time server: Public Time Server (pool.ntp.org). So I tried different servers, but it is always the same.
