Last releasese of OmegaT require update of svnkit to 1.7.5. You'll find it at
http://olea.org/tmp/omegat-fedora-feature/svnkit-1.7.5-3.fc17.src.rpm

This version of svnkit requires sequence-library which is not included in upstream sources anymore: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=873738

Forgot to add svnkit requires an update of sqljet: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=873749
