Description Kalev Lember 2012-11-09 21:59:14 UTC
See https://mail.gnome.org/archives/epiphany-list/2012-October/msg00006.html

This is a heads up that I've updated the Epiphany package in rawhide (F19) to version 3.7.1 that no longer supports extensions. Please talk to upstream and see if they plan to bring back any extension support in GNOME 3.8 timeframe. If not, I'd suggest retiring epiphany-extensions.

I've added Obsoletes: epiphany-extensions < 3.7.0 to epiphany spec file to help with F18->F19 upgrades. http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/epiphany.git/commit/?id=1e7592f7

Any news here? Can we retire the plugins package now?

It seems there's no plan to bring back extensions in Epiphany before GNOME 3.8. As a result I will retire epiphany-extensions tonight, probably.

Looks like nothing got done here. :(

If you like I can do it, just let me know...
