Description of problem:
Commands that are not supported for the current state or type of the asset are hidden, but still accessible using arrow keys. That means I can (intentionally or accidentally) archive unversioned asset, directly delete versioned asset without archiving it first, archive the global area etc.

From usability POV it is difficult to navigate through the popup menus (File, Edit or Source) using keyboard becuse the grey highlight box disappears each time the hidden menu item gets in the way. This might also be a serious accessibility issue.

Just adding that replacing .setVisible() by .setEnabled() on the MenuItems would probably fix this issue completely.

Reassign to the guvnor team, now that I am working full time on planner. So these issues aren't forgotten.

Individual editors provide their own menu options in 6.0.x; whereas <6.0 shared a single menu bar and items that disabled those not applicable to specific editors.
