wrong display of date icons

Description of problem:

The display of the date icons on events page is not correct on IE9, on other browsers, it is ok.

Tested on devenv_2500, the date icons have been fixed on IE9, but not merged in stage now. So I verify this bug on devenv_2500, and please merge it to stage asap.
