Win7 guest hit bsod while running CHAOS-concurrent hardware and OS Test

How reproducible:
2 times 2 failed 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot up guest -

2.submit job on WLK - CHAOS-concurrent hardware and OS Test

Actual results:The job failed with bsod error code 9F
Expected results:The job can pass successfully.

The issue has to do with too long delays of io-transactions
Possible solutions:
- From our past experience with these bugs (and we encounter it on every version), it may pass if run several times.
- Let's try to give high priority to all the VCPUs (on the host).
- Also make sure the KSM is not working

should be virtio-scsi bug introduced recently . win7 32/64bit win2k8 32/64/R2 guest all affected ,We never pass it in this round

Sorry ,update to wrong bug
QE verified this issue on virtio-win-prewhql-48 ,did not hit this issue ,base on above ,this issue has been fixed ald.
move status to verified.
