sorry, I see new tarballs are released now. Please update tarball to http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/paktype/Individual-Release/PakType-Naqsh-4.0.tar.gz

* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
