Description of problem:
Plasma desktop widgets list is not re-downloaded from the internet.

kde-worskpace-4.9.3-1.fc18.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disconnect from internet
2. Click desktop->Add widgets->Get new widgets
3. Connect to internet and repeat step 2
  
Actual results:
Widgets list is not downloaded from the internet, logout/login is required.

Expected results:
Widgets list is downloaded from the internet.

Additional info:
Spotted during F18 KDE testday.

I can confirm this problem in KDE 4.9.3 on Fedora 17 and this problem is also present in current git. I have a patch which will solve this issue but I have to wait for the review.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing kdelibs-4.9.3-4.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
