Description of problem:
When building the package on RHEL, I get errors per attached log

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openal-soft-1.14-3.fc18.src.rpm

How reproducible:
tried once, but I don't think it is anything else than 100%

Steps to Reproduce:

Well it seems you've ffmpeg installed on your system, and configure is picking this up. So you're building in an unsupported build environment. Try removing ffmpeg-devel, or building in mock.
