hokuyoaist was released on epel but it's runtime and build dependencies are missing.

Build depdency flexiport-devel is missing from epel and testing

Runtime dependency libflexiport.so.2()(64bit) is also missing.

How could this package be released at all?

I could have sworn that I submitted it as a separate update, but it looks like I didn't.  I'm pushing it now.
