Description of problem:
License tag says p-a-c is ASL 2.0, but only file with ASL 2.0 licensing is one integration test file. There are no other indications of licensing as far as I could see. We need to get hold of sonatype/codehaus so they can clear up licensing.

plexus-active-collections-1.0-0.9.beta2.fc18 has been pushed to the Fedora 18 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
