Description of problem:
How I work with Test Runs is, that after uploading results of tests from Beaker job, I usually Waive some test, some of them reschedule etc.. I change the State and write the comment accordingly.

Some time later, I of course don't remember all of it. And if I want to read the comment, I have click twice and wait for the test to load.

I need to read comments and waivers also when I have submitted results to respin Test Run and I need to waive the same bugs.

It would be nice to have at least the last comment showed in the test details. Not hidden under "Show All" link.

And it would be super nice, if it would be possible to display the last comment as mouseover text over the STATUS icon.

Thle last comment displayed in the test details, or even as mouseover info over the test status icon
