Description Richard Hughes 2012-11-21 10:50:07 UTC
Description of problem:
gfx.color_management.enablev4 is false by default, which means that any version 4 display profiles get ignored. We produce v4 profiles by default in gnome-color-manager so having gfx.color_management.enablev4 set to false by default just makes it even harder to get colors looking right.

I think setting gfx.color_management.enablev4=true in firefox-redhat-default-prefs.js is what we need to do, but I'm not 100% sure.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
firefox-16.0.2-1.fc18.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a V4 display profile in the Color control panel window
2. Set gfx.color_management.display_profile to the same profile (different bug, that's being worked on elsewhere)
3. Load a website with an image with an embedded profile

Actual results:
Profile isn't used and image has wrong colors

Expected results:
Profile is used and image looks right

Thanks,

Richard.

Added to rawhide and other packages.
