Version 7.1.1-9 of the mime4j module of jboss-as package doesn't include the symlinks to the .jar files: # rpm -q jboss-as jboss-as-7.1.1-9.fc17.noarch # rpm -ql jboss-as | grep /usr/share/jboss-as/modules/org/apache/james/mime4j /usr/share/jboss-as/modules/org/apache/james/mime4j /usr/share/jboss-as/modules/org/apache/james/mime4j/main /usr/share/jboss-as/modules/org/apache/james/mime4j/main/module.xml # find /usr/share/jboss-as/modules/org/apache/james/mime4j /usr/share/jboss-as/modules/org/apache/james/mime4j /usr/share/jboss-as/modules/org/apache/james/mime4j/main /usr/share/jboss-as/modules/org/apache/james/mime4j/main/module.xml The module descriptors are provided, but not the symlinks to the .jar files. In addition I think it should contain links to the core, dom and storage .jar files, not only to the core.jar file. The descriptor should be something like this: <module xmlns="urn:jboss:module:1.1" name="org.apache.james.mime4j"> <properties> <property name="jboss.api" value="private"/> </properties> <resources> <resource-root path="core.jar"/> <resource-root path="dom.jar"/> <resource-root path="storage.jar"/> </resources> <dependencies> <module name="javax.api"/> <module name="org.apache.commons.logging"/> </dependencies> </module> And the links should be like this: core.jar -> /usr/share/java/apache-mime4j/core.jar dom.jar -> /usr/share/java/apache-mime4j/dom.jar storage.jar -> /usr/share/java/apache-mime4j/storage.jar
