1. click 'new host' for example
   (works for new cluster as well, but couldn't easily simulate on new vm).
2. hit escape while dialog appears, but doesn't finish loading (simulated easier via wan).
3. error dialog error appear
issue #1 - error message due to escape on dialog load

4. esscape doesn't close the error dialog, close button works.
issue #2 - escape button doesn't close error dialog

5. after closing error dialog via close button, cannot close 'new host' dialog, as it has no close button

issue #3 - no close button on original dialog.

Been able to reproduce this for:
- Clusters
- Hosts
- Networks
- Volumes
- Data Centers -> Logical Networks
- Clusters -> Logical Networks

There might be more, but I can't create VMs for some reason.

ok, sf10. Hitting Esc while dialog is loading does neither close the dialog nor shows error dialog (Close icon during dialog loading does nothing as well). When dialog is loaded fully, Esc closes dialog correctly, same with Close icon.
