Connecting disconnecting USB cable to Wacom Intuos 4 Wireless. The tablet was connected/paired over bluetooth.

Just browsing the web, i do have a mouse and keyboard wireless from apple that uses bluetooh, and have been expericing some problems with that.

the hp touchscreen was not working upon boot.  message log file has been complaining about duplicate names being assigned ("ep_81"). we unplugged the usb touchscreen interface and plugged it back in and it starte working. then a few minutes later, we got this error.

Are you still seeing this with 3.8.x?  Is it happening after a suspend/resume?
