Portlet Mode and Window state in Info Bar none

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in as root
2. Site Editor - Add new page 
3. In the 3rd step drag and drop any Column Container and drag and drop portlet into it
4. Edit this portlet - all Show Info Bar, Show Portlet Mode, Show Window State are checked - Save

Portlet Mode and Window State are not shown in info bar, but work when click on the place where they should be. When added column container in 2nd step during Adding Page, it works fine. The same for Autofit columns layout container.

This issue is not present in JPP-6.0.0.ER4.2.
